Took me a bit to figure out how to use this but once I got a Norton account it was easy. norton benchmarks at the top according to third party reviewers and it shows. This is the best of the best and I have used competitors before.

Easy to install, efficient way to protect your computer.

I get it; Norton routinely tops the ratings of Anti-virus software programs (e.g. see PC World latest ratings). All fine and dandy but if you're purchasing multiple licenses and managing multiple machines, Norton is kind of a nightmare. It's user interface is anything but intuitive. Not that McAfee is much better. Also of note, Norton might be overkill for use on your phone or Chromebook it's really only optimized, in my estimation, for Windows. I'll also not that I'm not terribly impressed with it's optional add-on identity monitoring product. There are better options out there. My overall choice is Malwarebytes. Sorry Norton.

Affordable protection. My only complaint with Norton and similar companies is that you cannot install their product without adding your credit card info. It is twice the price to purchase directly through Norton instead of Best Buy, so you have to be sure to cancel before the deadline and repurchase at best buy.

Works great, better than my last antivirus security vpn software. Easy to download and install as well. And comes with a lot more coverage as well.

After I purchased this product by online, I received an email and said I can download it from my digital library. I tried it but I kept getting error messages. It was past 10:00 pm and I tried to contact Bestbuy customer service through chat but no one responded. There was no Besrbuy email address to reach. Eventually I was able to activate my product by visiting Norton website and typed the product key directly.

Bought online and a couple of hours later was sent the download link and a key number. Easy and fast to download but somewhat tricky to install as one computer required me to delete the expired version of Norton 360 before I could install the new one. Other features like Lifelong offered but I did not register for any.

We bought this Norton 360 when moving from a PC to a Mac. I honestly haven't thought about it since I installed it. The only reason for 4* is Norton's constant upsell of add on to this product.

Lots of ads for other services they offer. The fact that they retail this for over $100, even though they run sales for this almost 24/7, you get constant ads for other services that you can buy. I remember when you bought the "Deluxe" version of Norton and got all those extra features included.
