    We bought this Norton 360 when moving from a PC to a Mac. I honestly haven't thought about it since I installed it. The only reason for 4* is Norton's constant upsell of add on to this product.

    I get it; Norton routinely tops the ratings of Anti-virus software programs (e.g. see PC World latest ratings). All fine and dandy but if you're purchasing multiple licenses and managing multiple machines, Norton is kind of a nightmare. It's user interface is anything but intuitive. Not that McAfee is much better. Also of note, Norton might be overkill for use on your phone or Chromebook it's really only optimized, in my estimation, for Windows. I'll also not that I'm not terribly impressed with it's optional add-on identity monitoring product. There are better options out there. My overall choice is Malwarebytes. Sorry Norton.

Regarding license management, might we suggest purchasing a single license for Norton, which supports up to 20 devices and would simplify admin tasks (more can be added to a single Norton account if needed). RE: interface, please be sure to check out our latest updated UI (available now) which addresses some of your noted concerns. NOTE regarding mobile and Chromebooks: Chromebooks are not officially supported, although we do have an Android client one can try. Our client on Android phones does provide better protections, since Apple limits what can be accessed on iOS via APIs - this applies for iPads as well. Lastly, if the DWM service seems insufficient for your needs, our Gen Digital house of brands also includes LifeLock – (from chatGPT) Founded in 2005, LifeLock was one of the first companies to offer proactive identity theft protection services, making it a household name.     Happy with this product. It gives you reports that is easy to understand. Scanning is done behind the scene with no lagging issues. I am using it with Intel i5 and Ryzen 7 laptops. Will recommend it.
