    This was a great initial start up price but I didn’t know there was a catch to it. You must do an annual renewal subscription to keep it going.

    I liked it better when it was just Norton. With Lifelock added, it's a pain.

    Haven't completed install yet. Don't know how much more left to do. No directions, may run out of subscription before I can prove program works.

    Norton has to many pop ups trying to sell you something that is not an interest to me or my family. Just need software that will protect my pc and laptop from any internet issues.

    DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! You are forced to auto renewal if you want to use the 1year subscription you paid for when you purchased the product. Two thumps down. I rated one star because the system requires a rating.

      Hi Victor - Sorry for the confusion. Yes, in order to activate a Norton subscription we require a credit card, the same way Netflix, HBOMax, Spotify or any other service provider would for their subscriptions. The box image does clearly state at the top "Credit card or Paypal required for activation and use." Also, the following is listed in the first feature description, "A payment method must be stored in your Norton account to activate* You won’t be charged again until the prepaid term ends." Lastly, the second feature bullet says,"If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel in your Norton account anytime," including immediately after activation. We attempt to make this as clear as possible for customers, but sometimes we miss the mark. In this case, please contact us at support.norton.com for our 60-day money-back guaranty if desired. Again, sorry you didn't see our multiple notes on activation requirements - hope this helps. - DWN Symantec

    I like norton but don't like that you have to use a credit card to set up automatic renewal. Needless to say I cancelled it. Probably won't be renewing because of this.

    I bought this in anticipation of it being very good. So far, I am not so sure. When I tried to add it to a second item, I was unable to add it. Then I called the phone number and was given some help which was not helpful. So, I have just given up. To top it off, they are always trying to sell me something from a fear mongering standpoint. It's fairly tiresome!

    I was hacked trying to .Ididnt receive any help from Norton. I did come in to speak with the Geeks they were helpful but couldnt do any thing about it . My PC is still a mess.

    I used this on a MacBook Air that was about 1 year old. It resulted in a major software issue (the computer had never had any prior). I had to have the entire system rebuilt at the Apple Genius Bar. They indicated that it wasn't the 1st time someone had come in with issues from this software. I would only use for other systems like Windows in the future.
