I spend hours -and still need additional help -- . Support staff very helpful - but received NO information from Norton about how to use this software.

I went to their website to see what I might be doing wrong and had no luck, was finally shown a page where the offered to help me for a 1$ fee, so all they are interested in is getting my cc number, I say shove it Norton.
