Great Antivirus, Essy too use, plus can be used for 5 devices...Cant go wrong with Norton...

I have been a Norton Customer probably 30 years. Not because it’s the best but because it was what I knew . They have steadily gotten worse over the years, almost becoming like a virus they protect against. Pop ups always reminding me to allow more and more access to my computer and “Auto Renew” begins automatically instead of giving me the option to choose it. Granted I can go into my account and turn off auto renewal. Here’s where a huge problem exist, especially for Seniors and non tech people. My mother recently passed away. I noticed on my dad’s computer it was set up for auto renew at $155 per year!!!!!!! This isn’t a typo .They had no idea how much was automatically being taken each year to renew. I told my dad I can get exact same software for $25 a year as I did here. I of course have to go in after installing and disable auto renew for him. Each year I will have to get a fresh install from Amazon, Best Buy ect as to avoid the insanely high renewal subscription price. While at his house when purchasing I chose physical copy instead of download link. I didn’t trust his internet and a physical copy I thought would be easier for him to understand how I installed. Lol of course I get the box today expecting a usb dongle with the software on it….. nope just the actual code , so I still have to download it digitally from their site. Oh and of course to do so, even though I already paid for the year I have to add a credit card on file for auto renewal, even though I will cancel it. I know this is a way for them to make sure they get their higher renewal rates every year and of course it’s convenient not to have to buy from a retail store each year. However he is now down to a single fixed income and $155 a year compared to $25 a year and some hassle is the route we have to use.

I have used Norton for many years and it has warned and protected me while online throughout. Often while online, I have Googled for information and a group of websites come up and have been warned that some were very bad to try to use by my Norton product. I trust the product very much and will continue to use it. I waited until November to install this new version when my previous subscription expired.

It is easy to use, and we have had no virus problems. We are using it for two computers.

Norton 360 is a good protection to have for your computers at a reasonable price.

Only reason to buy it was the low price. Renewal is so expensive I will be forced to use a different product. Also the identity theft protection is not the full protection you get as a normal service subscriber- another marketing gimmick.

Great Antivirus for PC Desktop or laptop protection, etc. Make sure after keycode installation to later disable the auto-renewal at norton dot com so you won't get charge yearly.

I buy Norton 360 every year. I find it better than some of the other brands. I had a virus many years ago and the guy at the repair shop recommended Norton and I've used them ever since.

I've been using Norton security software for as long as I've had a computer on the internet. I wouldn't be without it. It provides essential protection for any system that has email or internet exposure and Best Buy has the Best Price I can find.

Excellent product never failed me yet except when I had the 10 key version had minor problems but got to work.

I have been using Norton for years (on and off). Bought this product to give it a go on my Macs. Initially it worked fine. When I tried to upgrade to LifeLock - I received an excellent offer - $0 for the rest of the year. HOWEVER, none of the functionality worked. I could not log to Lifelock, the customer service was in India, and with all due respect - very unhelpful. I was told that someone will contact me in 3 day. That did not happen. Called back, still no luck. Probably will look around for something more stable.

IF YOU NEED IT YOU SHOULD BUY IT, WORKS WELL. BUT THE AUTO RENEWAL AND THE ADDS TO PUSH MORE PRODUCT CAN AND PROBABLY WILL GET ANNOYING.
