It is offensive and annoying the way the handle their marketing about upgrading and adding more protections. They are harassers and even disabled certain features on purpose. Also, charged me the renewal even though I canceled. No more business with them. I am so fed up!

Been using for years and always watch for the Super deals. Download went smooth. Make sure to download when close to expiration. Most times yearly subscription starts at download and you will lose your existing subscription.

All you have to do is log into Norton.com and enter key and you can download up to 10 devices and your new year subscription starts over. It replaces not adds to current subscription so wait close to expiration to activate.

When I reached out to Norton I got no support. The pop ups took up the screen until I turned it off. It is very disruptive and hard to concentrate and get anything done. I wrote to Norton and called. No support. They said they could not refund my money.
