    Every year I renew my Norton. Every year I ask myself why? Tech support is a struggle when I need it. I sometimes get the impression they make it up as they go along, because I can get different versions to the same question. Just a "necessary evil" I suppose. The experience at Best Buy during COVID is beyond excellent!
