First, right on the Best Buy product page from your review, it says:
“ EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD
When purchased now through Dec 31, you can return this item anytime until Jan 14.”
Second, Norton offers a 60-day money-back guaranty (support.norton.com) so I’d recommend you please follow ALL your options before negatively and improperly reviewing it. Also, what was “damaged”?

A bit pricey though this BestBuy deal is quite affordable. The downside is they make annual renewals at full price a default expectation although you can opt out anytime. These days protection for mobile and home devices is very necessary, making this 10-device pack a good choice.

However, the company is sleazy. I cancelled the auto renew, but got a change on my credit card statement. 30 minutes later of time deadening chat, norton offered a 20% refund. I say no to offer and they finally said my card would be refunded for the full amount. I still don’t know if I ever chatted with a person or an ai robot.

Norton sends pop up messages almost daily to elicit worry that you might be vulnerable in some way if you don't buy their latest upsell. Super distracting and annoying.
