Someone should have had clearer instructions about deleting old software first. Best Buy offered a better price and easier transaction then Norton directly.

I really like it it alerts me when using the internet on unsafe websites. The only thing I don’t like is the auto renewal. I gave this 4 stars because of the auto renewal

It is easy to install and does a great job in protecting your computer. You get live updates and then run a computer scan. A nice feature is the Norton extension for your web browser. The extension lets you know which websites are safe to go to and the ones to avoid. It's a great product!

After using this product, turns out that I don't but it was a computer issues. Regardless, we always need an Antivirus. Norton is one of the top software anti virus out there. However, to use their product, you have to give your credit card on file and agree to use their product at "current" rates during the next term (1 year from now). This should be choice and not a requirement.

This was new for me so it took longer than I expected it to take. The great price made it worth it.

Would say if you can get it at 20$ it's definitely worth a pick up. Easy to navigate and the options in the security are easy to turn on and off.

Only issue is the auto renew.. you will Have to put in a credit/debit card. But just be sure to turn off the auto renew right after. Otherwise you will pay like 4-5 times the price that BestBuy has.

Its followed me into my 20s I guess, Loveeeee it. But don't subscribe for auto renewal unless you want your card charged 5 times. Just stick to renewal when you want it & you'll be good.
