    the VPN service fails and will not start. if you want to use bit torrent or popcorn app, norton stops the vpn service because its programmed to know that those apps are illegal in the US for free streaming movies and copyright products.

    I bought a display model and I was disappointed that they didn't include the manual with the computer. This also included a cordless mouse and keyboard, which did not include the USB adapter. I was able to contact my local Best Buy and they provided me with one free of charge.
