I purchased this product for my daughter’s Chromebook and couldn’t download so I immediately bought another AntiVirus software. I have called a couple times saying I will be refunded and it’s May with no refund.

There was no method to get help. The chat box didn't address the issue. There was no way to ramp up the problem. There was no way to contact a real person to resolve the problem. Seems everyone was hiding behind chats and AI. Unacceptable!
