    The side plates do not stay up and are very difficult to set up-used it once and will not use it again!

    Reasons that I bought the Bacon Express, were #1 6 slices at a time, 2. Cool touch sides 3. Even cooking 4. Drip tray What I experienced. Very easy to clean. 1. Used regular Oscar Mayer bacon, only four slices fit evenly. 2. The sides did warm up. 3. The bacon ends burned, while at the top where it's draped did not cook. 4. The drip trip, had a pour tip, but still spilled over from the sides. Not happy with this purchase.
