It works well, and it's not as loud as you would think. Thanks to the best buy associate that recommend for us to use jolly ranchers...doesn't that sound good, Mmm...

Set up and operation were easy, though I would not let my 7 year old use this even under adult supervision. We had fun using it together and it made a yummy cotton candy, though it isn't as soft and fluffy as commercial brands.

Awesome works well, can use any hard candy, we used jolly ranchers. Tastes great!

Worked just as described and better , melts candy in seconds and makes the best cotton candy . A little messy but that's all part of the fun.

I got this as a present for my little sister, during Christmas eve (we open our presents after midnight), even the adults wanted to try the cotton candy machine and luckily, there were a lot of candies leftover from Halloween. its great because unlike some other products, you don't have to worry about finding flossing sugar, you can use any hard candy you can buy at the grocery store. I definitely recommend, it can be a fun family activity.

My wife loves cotton candy. This machine makes it using hard candies including sugar free candies. Taste great, easy to use and easy to clean. Now grandpa can make sugar free cotton candy and not get into trouble for feeding too much sugar to the grand daughters

Works great, want to try it with the real candy floss. Used Jolly Ranchers and they worked great.

Good product and easy to use and It does make cotton candy but wish it was capable of doing more. The hard candy you have to use at one time barely produces enough to cover the cone. Be nicer if it could be more like a what you get at a carnival.

My 13 year old received this for her birthday. It's great and simple to use. She loves the variety of candy you can use in this machine.

Unit is easy to use and to clean. Doesn't make a mess on the counter. We used sugar free caramels and regular peppermint drops. You must break the candies into small chunks to fit the space. The hotter the unit got the more cotton candy it produced. We love it!

Was even better than I expected. Bought it for one child and everyone uses it. The kids can't keep their hands off it, neither can we.

Great little cotton candy maker. The only caveat is that the amount of candy you can put into the machine to make cotton candy is very little therefore the amount of cotton candy that can be made before "reloading" is a minimal amount. The kids enjoy it and that's all that really matters!
