Older Version Better

Could not get this software to load. Tried every t

A few times I was able to get the load up to start but after 12 hours we made no progress.I went out and bought and Adobe product which loaded easily.

After opening the package I found out that the guarantee i s only honored by the store of the package is not open. I installed it on my computer only to find out that it didn't do anything I need. I tried returning the next day I was told because I opened it I would have to mail it to the manufacturer. I called your corporate office and explain the situation they were able to rectify the problem. PS I was once voted one of the top 10 Wildlife photographers in the world so I know what I'm talking about. thank you Mike Fontaine
