I had this software several years ago and stopped using it because of poor voice recognition. This is a really great version. Recognizes nearly everything.

Best voice recognition software. Easy set up and very responsive.

Windows 7 user. My hands have become arthritic from Lyme disease. This program prevents a lot of finger pain. It recognizes most ordinary English words, so it does not require much correcting. It does have a learning function, so it should adapt to me better over time. One annoying problem: If I use the mouse to change cursor position in the document, the program often starts typing in a different position. Really have to pay close attention. When changing cursor position, state one word and make sure the cursor stays in the correct place. Then go on with dictation.

Needed this for work at home project after injuring my hand. It was a breeze responding to emails and completing work.

I found the item at first very frustrating. I took the item over to Best Buy the Geek Squad Was most helpful!

Doing research papers is where Dragon (by Nuance) helps to save a lot of my time. I wish I had bought it earlier.

My review of this program is excellent. It provides ease of use in providing voice conversion to written context in filling in forms and other paperwork.

Good, but does not understand the Southern accent as well as I would have liked. Maybe I did not realize how often I extend words with a draw. Still better than typing

geek squad set it up for me for free its awesome, at first i had issues but geeksquad had it running in minutes

My grandson loves this to help with his papers. He has poor writing and this helps.

Program works better than expected. Now able to type and open other computer system programs with ease. Takes a little to learn and get use to commands. Highly recommend program if need help typing and/or into doing multiple tasks at same time.

This is really easy if you want to at least start to write something down and edit as needed.

Purchased this for my dad fir Christmas however the computer/tablet he uses doesn't have a DVDs drive so it was a waste of money because it can't be downloaded off the internet

Works exactly as it should save a lot of time, good value

I've been using Dragon Naturally Speaking for dictating my newest thriller novel. It's been helpful to some extent. Since I'm using Muslim names for some of my characters, it's still trying to learn how I pronounce these uncommon names. Also, I had to change one of my characters name that ended with "tab" because it jumped to a new line and put a TAB indent. All-in-all, it learning about me and vice versa.

Wireless head set would dramatically improve mobility for at home use. Simpler one word commands and levels would help. I really don't need this tool to open a web page for me. I need it to type faster than I do, so my normal conversation can be captured in print not just mp3.

I just don't know to make it more improved. Instructions leave a little to be desired
