I used a previous version of this when I was in college and it helped out a ton! You can turn out papers and reports in no time after you learn to use the software. Being able to quote books and other resources without typing and just being able to talk is great. You do have to look over what is being typed as some words may have different spelling (night/knight) but you can set up a phrase for those things and then it is not much of a problem at all. I use it for book writing now and it works as good as ever.

Took over 3 hours and multiple attempts to install. Once installed took a lot of work to get it to recognize my microphone (the one included in the purchase) but ponce accomplished works great. Haven't used Dragon NS for over 10 years and can't believe how much improved the VR is is.

Fabulous product for us non-typists. I used to type a great deal but not in the past 20 yrs.

This is the best dictation product. I use it for my game and I love it. so easy to talk to others during gameplay

I bought this for a brother in law who is handicapped. Wow this program enables him to speak for emails vs hand type. Highly recommend

i bought this for my fiance because she always wanted it. works great and its pretty awesome how it works and all the things you can do with it.

For someone my age, this is just so good to use and helps me as well. Note this is so good for any age as well.

Much less cumbersome to train than earlier versions of Dragon software. I use it for dictations for professional services.

This has worked well for my wife who is unable to type for long periods of time due to back issues. However the learning curve was a bit steep until we figured out she had to slow down and speak clearly

Got this for my Dad and he is very happy with it. He can dictate e-mails and surf the internet with ease and comfort.

This is a great product if you do not like to type into the computer you can just talk and type notes or a full letter.

My dad bought this to help him with job application and so on and it wôrks grate and it easy to setup and uses

I bought two licenses, as each purchase is only good for one computer, and I have both a desktop for home, and a laptop for travel. Both run Windows 7 Professional OS. The software seems to run better on my laptop, and is a bit "sticky" on my desktop, which is loaded with much more software. I now have the laptop out most of the time for my document production. You really have to speak clearly and slowly, then proofread your work very carefully. After about a month of use I'm getting better at anticipating errors and using the features. Still much faster than typing, but not as easy or error-free as I had envisioned after watching the Dragon commercials on TV.

I love this product, it makes doing work, homework and research papers so much easier for me and the kids.

I purchased this to help me with writing different documents because some days my fingers cramp up because of a nerve disease. It works okay for the price. It will take some time to get use to using this software.
