I called the Dragon support for assitance to download program on my computer and was told I would have to pay $130 for support for a year. I refused so the program is still sitting in the box

The best "extra" feature is the ability to customize the translation for specific words or phrases. This is invaluable for technical jargon.

Can't Get the Microphone to Turn On

Called Customer service, they routed to me to tech support. Tech support sent me instructions that I had already reviewed on the internet. I feel like I wasted $54.00.

HORRIBLE!!!

Wouldn't work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased Dragon due to me having a hand surgery that requires a long recovery. Since I use my computer and type a lot, we thought Dragon would be a very useful tool. Well...it wasn't. My son who is a 'techy" installed the program for me except for the tutorial so that the program would respond to my voice. I went through the tutorial steps and followed the instructions several times. Dragon simply would not work for me or respond to my commands at all. Since I have a brand new computer -Windows 10, I am certain it is not a compatibility issue. In any case, the frustration is simply not worth it. I gave up and will be returning the program. I am very disappointed but not with Best Buy. I like the store and my husband and I frequent it. We have been happy with our other products we have purchased and the very attentive service we have received.
