I use this to transcribe speeches that I record. Much faster than just typing them. Much more accurate than repeating the speech to my phone or iPad. Dragon is remembering what words I always capitalize. I’m amazed that it knows the spelling for so many biblical characters. I used to have to look up the spelling. It is still “learning” my speech patterns. Just wish it would learn faster. It’s fun.

It is good software if your computer has the RAM to support It.

I bought this software for some of the employees in our office... It's helped them immensely. The feedback from them is that it makes their day more efficient...

If it weren't for Dragon's awful, almost non-existent customer service I'd give an overall 5, but customer service is part of the deal. You should be able to get help when needed. Don't count on it with Dragon. This version is much better than the previous one, and that's saying something because except for minor issues like misunderstanding or misspelling words, it was awesome. It's also great that this version doesn't make you do a voice test. Very powerful tool, and if you write a lot, as I do, it's a huge help. It cuts down your typing to the point that you can speed up work by a couple of hours or even more in some cases. EX: A project that used to take me 10 hours to do could be cut down to 8 or 6 hours. Mostly because I cut down on typos, and I could format as I was speaking. Very useful, but be good with software and know how to troubleshoot because you're on your own for the most part if you need help.

Okay we'll hear something about the software program, when I read that I have to do 50 characters minimum view, immediately put my headset on and started talking. So basically how it works is as easy as talking to a friend and then clicking the transfer to the page that the stuff is great and opens a world for somebody like me, a dyslexic that would've been closed otherwise

I received this software when I started losing my eyesight. I has been a blessing to me and has allowed me to continue to respond to family and friends emails. The software learns how you speak and write which minimizes the mistakes that potentially occur. It also reads back to you what has been typed. It is fabulous software and I don't know what I would do without it. I have found that each version has become better, I started out with version 9 so you can tell I have been using this software a long time.

This is a marvelous tool. I have used it for transcription of audio interviews and to create narrative documents. I know one person who said it doesn't work. However, once I went through the tutorial and went through the process of "training" the program to hear my voice accurately, it has performed admirably.

Perfect for my husband who wants to write a book and does not type very fast.

I was told by co-workers that it was a great time saver. I've found it to be a wonderful time saving asset.

This has so many cool features. It is very helpful when you need to get your thoughts down and don't want to write it all out. When I installed the program it took a long time to do this. I had to try it at least 3 times, but once it was set up it was an Awesome product

Dragon speaking is an incredible program. In just a short time it is typing the way I speak. Once again when I am writing music or letters I can be hands-free and much quicker. I also use the stylus to make any kinds of additional marks to go back to later. I am still learning all that Dragon speak can do. What a program a must have for songwriters book writers poets anybody who wants to keeps their hands-free. It's also easy to add additional annotation with the keyboard or the stylus!

I've used it for emailing and entering information into excel. It works well and is fairly easy to use. It saves me a lot of time.

The install took a bit, but the voice learning of the program took only 5 minutes. It is amazingly accurate in my dictations. The hardest part was most likely learning the commands that prompt the program to do as you want. After that, it is a class tutorial to learn all the features Dragon Pro offers. I am very happy with the results this program gives in writing assignments from essays to technical.

This is a well-designed, easily installed program that has been very helpful in creating documents in a timely fashion. It was easy to install and the instructions were well thought out.

This was very easy to set up and use with the instructions included and online. While I haven't used it regularly, I am happy that I have purchased the product and would recommend it to anyone wanting a voice recognition software.

I enjoy this product. I especially like how it learns how I speak.
