I have Cerebral Palsy. I have only had this product for a month. I purchased it along with a new laptop. This product is for one PC.I had problems and had to reset my PC. When I tried to reinstall on the same PC... will not take the same product key. Still not resolved with Nuance or Best Buy! ☹️

The laptop I installed this on ran very slowly so maybe that's why Dragon didn't work. Went to put it on my new computer but I couldn't transfer use from old to new laptop so lost my money on this one.

This software is very expensive and the native dictation function in the iPhone has better word recognition abilities. The complexities of this software are had to deal with because the tutorial function is very basic and hard to actually use when you need it. I would not spend this kind of money on this software in the future.

I have a neurological condition that is causing my neuro-muscular system to deteriorate. This was bought with the intention of helping me not need to type as much. However, it was almost useless; I find the voice recognition on my iPhone 4 works better, and it's years old. If you've seen some of the jokes about voice commands and problems, this fits the stereotype. I'm trying to get a refund from the manufacturer. Steer away.

Dragon cannot do multiple people and that was the reason I wanted the software to take a transcript of sort.

Disappointed. Didn't realize this was NOT the most recent version. Manufacturer had a nice upgrade offer for an additional $99. I didn't need it that badly in the first place. Cortana does everything but word processing anyway! Wish I could get my money back.

The Dragon NaturallySpeaking 13 Premium for Windows is an awesome easy to use program for someone who has a ton of typing to do or for someone who can't type. The only issue I have with it is that is slows down and freezes when I need it the most, though it happens rarely.

The software would not load off the disk. I copied the disk to my harddrive and installed from there, loaded finally, but when I attempted to run it aborted. I went to the support site, tried to create a user account so I could submit a support request, the support page would not allow me to create an account. This is the worst business sottware package I have ever attempt to install

This item work as well as any other voice product.
