Very good audio quality as a earbud. Aa a Hearing Aid was not for me, despite of some settings not able to make voice clear, it was not able to distinguish noise from voice and an amplify both.

Easy to use. A little complicated to setup. Has improved hearing.

Tried these for my 95 year old Father who is very hard of hearing and waiting for an upcoming appointment with the VA. I had hoped to use them as a interim solution. They didn't work for him, setup was too difficult for him and potentially his hearing loss is beyond what would addressed by this product. So had to return them - these may work well for others...

Item was great quality. The only thing I didn't like the size was just to big. But the sound was good.

The nuheara iq buds were too large for my ears, even with the smallest fittings. The sound i received from them was somewhat improved, but for me personally, it did not make enough of a difference to be worth being uncomforable for a few hours.

I am a 76-year-old audio enthusiast, with ears of the same age (lacking high-frequency sensitivity). I was therefore excited to audition the Nuheara buds which claim to provide an outstanding hearing assist function. I had already tried a set of Apple Air Pods Pro, which provide a similar assist (configured in the "Accessibility" settings), and I was hoping that for twice the price, the Nuheara’s would be even better. It’s sad to say that after many hours of using the IQbuds 2 MAX, I was never able to get them to come close to what I achieved with the Air Pods Pro units. I ran the "ear ID" routine twice and tried all combinations of the available settings, but the sound was always "tinny" and harsh - not something you would want to experience for very long. I tried all the modes available, including the "restaurant" but that was not very satisfactory in a noisy environment. It's interesting that for TV use, Nuheara recommends an add-on blue-tooth unit that will broadcast TV audio to the IQbuds. In contrast, the Air Pods allow me to listen and enjoy the home theater sound system directly without raising the volume to levels that other find too loud. Other issues with the IQbuds: Charging case has a USB-a connection, which is not very common now. To get a good ear canal seal, I had to use the large foam tips, and these were not comfortable for more than about an hour. The charging case is about twice the size of the Apple case. There were some things I liked, however: You get about three more hours of ear-assist operation compared to the Air Pods. The sound quality of music reproduction from a phone or tablet was a little better than with the Air Pods, particularly in bass response. Noise cancellation in playing music was outstanding. Bottom line: the IQBuds were returned. (Thank you, Best Buy, for the no-questions-asked refund).

Love these ear buds. They stay charged long period of time. Easy to transport with the case. Quality of sound is great.

These earbuds aren't competing with most other headphones. This includes a mode for enhancing audio and speech based on a hearing test performed. While not perfect, I found it works really well for conversations and I have shifted to using these at work instead of my Airpod Pros. I also purchased the TV transmitter to use with my home entertainment center and it is an amazing combination for TV/movie audio especially center channel dialogue.

They work great increasing volume but not easy to understand setup when already using a remote speaker system with TV.

Great but they were to large for my ear. Even with the smallest ends

The "buds" were a bit large for my liking; however, the sound quality was great. The price was outstanding.

High quality hearing aid. The set up is like a hearing test. It actually assist you with the perfect adjustments. Low cost with high quality.

Just what i needed. Loosong my hearing and these are good.

They don’t work very well indoors it’s OK if you don’t have a fan but as soon as air HIIT they turn off and they’re just squealing and the hearing aid like it’s like air pieces are not sealed right tried different air pieces. I did not go away. Plus battery is not very good. Last 3 to 4 hours only but they do good on the phone to answer calls and talk streaming wasn’t very good either

Bought these for my Dad who has developed age related slight hearing loss. He is happy with these earbuds and says with these on, he can hear much more clearly than without them

Very nice and loud. Had to return because it wasnt all that i thought.

Got them for my husband, he simply love them, he can hear the TV at regular volume and also talk to me at any noise place

Wasn't too sure on how I felt about them at first, but over time I notice a difference in my hearing. I'm glad I got them.

Works great for me to hear tv. Just as advertised ,battery last long time...great buy..very easy to use...
