We use the Frozen triple berry mix organic from Sam’s Club with a spoon of peanut butter and some almond milk and you have yourself a delicious smoothie my friends. At the price I got this one for no complaints at all and I would recommend to friends who enjoy smoothies. I’m sure you can use it for many other things but we just use it for smoothies

Not for Carpal tunnel people!

But the Vac part didn’t work very well. It was hard to pull the rubber plug. Big hands, fat fingers, & wrist hurts to pull plug. Unplugged the rubber plug & washed. Put it back on & vacuumed. And started to blend. It kept leaking. Took out & replugged. Still leaks. Had someone else tried it. Still leaks. Will be returning.
