It does work well though!

Pain in the %(&*% to clean!!!

Because you can't remove the part with the blades, it is actually impossible to clean under the lowest blades, and it is very difficult to clean the lower part of the inside of the blender with the blades in place. Otherwise it's a good blender, if you don't care what gunk gets built up under the blades.

Wonderful blender

It's good but not great

However, I will always have frozen bits left in it, no matter how much I blend. For instance, any type of frozen fruit or a chunk of fresh kale, etc. and that's frustrating.
