It does it quickly and it's good for your own nutritious drinks. Everything it comes with is convenient from the lids that screw on to the cups to the little booklet with so many recipe options it's insane. I highly recommend you do have to blend more than once for multiple people depending on what you are doing but there are bigger sizes from what I have seen and it's so quick you can hardly call it a chore anyways 100/10 would buy again if I needed one.

Only complaint is it is hard to pulse the blender. Tends to be in the blending mode and since no on and off switch just need to unplug it to stop it. It is a perfect size for making smoothies.
