I've had a Vitamix, great blender all around but a pain for smoothies. I recently had the Nutribullet bundle from Costco that has two smoothie cup blenders like this Pro+ and a full size blender pitcher but none of it works nearly as well as this little gem does. Highly recommended if all you really use a blender for is smoothies.

1200 Watt replaces 900 watt

This model is great because it has 1200 watt motor. NutriBullet still suggests NOT using frozen fruit in this device. The auto shut-off is nice and I've had no problems so far. On average though, these devices only last about 4-5 years.

The Pro plus (+) has a higher power motor which includes a pulse button and auto-shutoff, 24oz and 32oz cups with flip-top lids, a recipe book, pocket nutritionist book, and 2 "comfort lip rings" if you want to drink straight from the cup without a lid. More recipes and stuff from their NutriBullet app or NutriLiving website.

Best Smoothie Blender to DATE!

I am very impressed how short of time it took to blend and how easy it was to do. You twist and lock and press the button once to mince/pulse or hold the button to blend hands free until your ready to remove the cup from the nutríbullet. It speaks and pays for itself honestly, love it.
