I have returned twice before knowing thatl the leakage I complained was not but due to not tightening the base with enclosed appliance. I love this product so much. Great for the price. I use it every single day to make a morning smoothie. It is very strong and I fill it completely to the top. It is extremely easy to use. You just fill it up, screw on the blade, put it onto the base and turn it slightly.

Seems to work well but light on accessories compared to our older Nutribullet, which came with 4 different cups, a veriety of lids and two blades. This model only came with one blade. Also, the RX is not compatible with the accessories from other models so I had to throw out all the old parts. If it leaks, make sure you are tightening it all the way (ours did when we first used it but it seems fine now). It is much larger than the other models so make sure it will fit where you want to put it.

This does the job.. almost. It is way better than the older one but still just a little pulp. Kinda noisy but thats to be expected with the size of this motor.
