It makes to much noise, it has a burning smell when you turn it on and the cover gets kind of tight, other than that it works good specially on crushing the ice..

It is made of materials that I can put into the dishwasher, it is very sturdy but doesn't take up much room on the counter. it pulsates when I want it to or stays on when I want it to. I have full control.

Quieter than on our blender and easy to clean, the fact it comes w multiple cups makes it more appealing bc you don't need to clean right away. Blends everything without effort, definitely recommend!

However, I do need to use it 6 in the morning and even though it says it now has a quarter engine I do feel bad for my neighbours. It’s powerful and loud.
