Was told by the Best Buy chat Rep that I could use any bag. Tried a Ziploc bag, and it would not work. Tried using a bag that came with the unit. It sucked a little air out of the bag, sealed it, and left me with a bag full of mostly air.

I bought this item and it was Delivered on Feb 23, 2022. It has already stopped vacuum sealing and dead line to return it March 17, 2022. I will never buy a Nutrichef product again.

I had a old version of a food saver that finally quit working. I saw good reviews for Nutri chef Vacuum Preservation System and ordered the PKVS20STS. It seems to work well and is very easy to use. It is small and easier to store and my old me. I am very happy with this product.

The vacuum sealer is VERY EASY TO USE and gets the job done. The roller bag is nice because I get to adjust the size to the the amount of food I'm vacuuming. Very happy with the purchase.

Works great! Being a household of 2, it didn't make sense to buy meat from Costco, but now with a vacuum sealer we can do that and save money.
