This truly does rival the popular theragun on the market at least with the massage itself and all the extra adapters. The only noticeable difference is the way you hold it. Although compared to old massagers of the past, this is way and above better! I loved how for sensitive spots, you could go light and adjust harder as your body released the tension. I keep this under my desk at work and it is a lifesaver after long calls and meetings! Highly recommend
