First, its really really loud. Second, the way it massage its uncontrollable and i really didnt really feel relieved afterwards. It shakes so hard for some reason especially in the strongest setting. I am not sure if this is becsuse my was defective or if it really is that way. Overall, a bad product and basially you get what you pay for.
