Intense action to promote blodflow. This little device does the job. Similar to other products I’ve tried with a much higher price point. Love the hot/cold option. Pop the cold pad back in the freezer gets to a warmer temp in 20-30 minutes and continue to work the same or different area and it will be ready for re-application in no time. Keep an eye out for this product on the daily deal.

It has a heating function which works great also cold function attachment and other various attachments nice stand. Highly recommended power is not the greatest but not bad for small unit. Use it more often since have a standard place it on next to my desk

I have a bad knee, and the limp it causes makes the muscles on that leg hurt and tighten due to compensating. This massager works well to loosen the muscles. It also worked for muscle cramps/knots in my thigh.
