Great upgrade from a firestick! Better interface and speed! Smoother experience overall!

Great device. I’ve used many from Apple TV to Amazon Fire. Love the remote and the device is very responsive. Love the layout of the apps etc. The upscaling is fantastic also.

I love this tube. It is fast and it fits perfect behind the television. Definitely an upgrade from the 2017 one. Only downfall it only comes with 8 gigs so I have to buy a Sd card.

Don't look any farther than the Nvidia shield. I know the price is not exactly cheap but let me tell you that the value is there for this product! I've owed various streaming devices (apple, amazon, google, built-ins) but none perform like this sucker right here. This device has an insane amount of ram and storage space. Not to mention that it's highly customizable if that your thing. Problem with other devices is that they tend to slow down or be sluggish after more than one application is open, this one can multi task very easily and is smooth like butter! Don't think about it anymore just pull the trigger.

Love the shield. Nice to see more things coming to 4K. A must have for any fan. The size and stream games is also a nice addition.

I had the previous version. And it was still awesome. And would recommend. I bought the new style. Because of the size factor. And the remote is way better

I've been researching for a better product, to replace FS4K. Should have done this a long time ago. Super fast, great for streaming and no more wheel of death.

Loads content fast and very easy to use. Nice picture on Youtube tv and Philo tv. The remote works well. Very happy with the purchase.

Purchased this Shield to go with my new Samsung TV. I like the smaller size and the new remote. The capacity, 8GB, works fine for my needs and the Google Assistant is nice.

Love how easy it is to use. Love the remote and the layout of the screen. Android TV has improved. I would prefer this on my other TVs if the cost wasn't so high.

I bought this device as a replacement for an inexpensive Android TV box (iptv streaming). My problem with such "inexpensive" boxes is that they had several flaws (slow internet speeds capability over WIFI, lots of buffering, GPU wasn't good enough for High Res streaming, etc). After having the Nvidia shield for about a month now I couldn't be happier. It's fast, powerful, no more buffering issues, etc. It's flawless for what I use it for. Haven't used it for games yet. So can't really comment on that.

Best streaming device on the market. A little expensive, but worth it. Way better than the cheap Firesticks

Purchased to watch Disney+ The Mandelorian picture looks awesome in clarity and detail with the 4k feature on. Streams videos quickly with easy browser and upgraded remote.

The best Android TV you can buy. If money is an issue don't hesitate

Great buy! If I could give this more than five stars I would. I have had a Firestick and an H96 Pro Plus before this and I was beginning to think that streaming was not going to be a good way to see movies. They stopped while playing and generally did not work well. The Shield is like driving a Ferrari after driving a Pinto. It is unbelievably fast and works perfectly. Don't waste your money buying the others just because they are cheaper. The Shield is worth every penny.

I bought this to replace one of my original Amazon Fire TVs. It is incredibly responsive, has Google Assistant built in, and I've been able to stream games from my PC to my television, and everything works great. One gripe I have with it has to do with the voice search. When searching for a show, you only receive results from Hulu and Google apps. Other apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime don't show up in the results, so when you're trying to find a specific show to watch, you often only get results for pay options even if Netflix has it for free. To be fair the Fire TV didn't support any of the Google apps, so it had a similar issue. It would be nice if those two companies would stop bickering with each other. One last issue I'll bring up is that I can't seem to watch any movies I've bought from Google Play through the app. I can watch them, but only if I use the Youtube app (only 480p) or if I use Chromecast to send the movie from my phone. Selecting them on Google Play shows they are loading, and then it drops back into the main menu. I'm sure this can be fixed with a software update, but right now it is quite annoying. Overall though, this is a great upgrade to the Fire TV I was using, and it has me wanting to get another one because of how slow it makes my other steaming devices feel.

Being a user of a Nvidea shiel for 2 years with a premium box I decided to update it with a new one. This time the smaller option. Basically the system is the same even the new tech put on it. Basically I use it to streaming in all formats so the performance on my old nvidea shield is much comparable to the new version. I was expecting more enhance image and sound but those are pretty same as the 2 years old version. Even though I am happy to get this device which is for far way better to the streaming ones on the market.

I've tried just about around 4 streaming devices/sticks and all had their pros and cons, but I always heard everyone saying the shield is the top of the line for streaming sticks and I'm a huge fan of NVIDIA's products so I wanted to give this a try and boy was I missing out before, this thing is a BEAST. Very fast, feels premium, easy to setup, AI upscaling works pretty good and again, this is easily the best streaming device for your 4K TV setup. You won't be disappointed.

Very good for streaming services. Great, fast UI. Remote is good and Shield streaming from your PC works very well on a good wired network.
