The only downside about this updated remote is that "Netflix" app is easily & accidently opened due to the position of its button.

However the NVidia shield gets amnesia st times and loses pairing and i have to do it again. Im not sire if it is the remote or the shield.

It's easily the best remote they have ever produced and one of my all time favorite remotes. I bought an additional remote to replace my 2017 shield remote. Feels good in the hand.

Using this remote with my shield and having it control my TV is a much better experience.
