First and foremost the LCD screen is an extreme downgrade over the previous generations. It no longer covers the entire pump but only a small portion in the middle and seems like a much lower quality LCD screen. The cooling of this unit is extremely subpar. I was extremely surprised with how warm my CPU stayed with this cooler. I removed it and re-thermal paste it twice just to make sure there was not an error on my side. As someone that builds between 25 and 50 systems in a year This is one of the worst water coolers that I have encountered.

NZXT is no help at all through their customer support.

I would’ve returned it to the store but I mailed out the original packaging. I went with a DeepCool AIO and wow it worked right out of the packaging. Not bad for an underdog. To be fair NZXT helped me out since I didn’t have the packaging and they replaced my unit for a Kraken RGB 280.
