Works good, unfortunately doesn't match NZXT h9 elite. These are core, latest case uses rgb duo. The fans have an inferior software control than lian li if you care about aesthetics. It comes with thermal paste so don't need to buy it.

got an open box unit... didnt come with the AMD bracket... so had to buy that... other than that... works perfect and love the aesthetic.

Cool AIO, can change gif or whatever but I had the most problems with the CAM software interfering with AMD adrenalin in monitoring temps. I would get CPU temps and would not get readings for GPU or vice versa. At first it was reading my pump speeds then went to zero. Quite frustrating, sent for replacement. I had to completely uninstall CAM with REVO for things to run smoothly without my CPU temp and utilization hitting 100 and then shutting down. Value isn't there, for what I paid, things should be working seamlessly regardless of any other software I have installed. Anyway their customer service was decent. Purchased October 21 2024. Failed 20 days later. Finally received replacement from NZXT on January 24 2025. They must have read my mind; was about to start filling complaints (Federal Trade Commission, BBB, fraud, etc.). I had never heard of NZXT but since Best Buy carried their products I thought it would be a reputable company. NOPE! The internet is full of complaints, including an “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau. I wasn’t going to let a $4k system just sit there so I ended up buying a Corsair. The NZXT Kraken 360 is sitting in the closet, box still unopened. I will never, ever, ever buy another NZXT product again!

Really do love the products from NZXT. Always surprising me how good the quality of the product can be. I’ll always be a NZXT fan.

Fantastic product with easy installation. Only downside is some fins were bent out of the box. This works wonders!

bought this early May for my first PC build. after getting everything for it around May 20th, it worked exactly five days then died. can’t get refund or trade in.

Works and fits like a charm. Just make sure you face your fans the right direction you need.

Probably any other high end cooling would be better than these. The RBG pales in comparison to some of the others I've seen.
