    All I can say is wow. My cpu thanks me. My Ryzen 9 5900x is sitting at 50 degrees Celsius and man, the Rgb customization on this thing is killer.

    Bought as an open box was nice but returned because I found a z63 for a good deal, this is a great cooler though

    Ended up returning it because it performed worse in my PC case than my previous cooler (EVGA CLC 240mm AIO liquid cooler). Likely due to differences not at the fault of this cooler itself. What is at fault with this product is the unreliable NZXT CAM software that is required to operate it. I found it slow and unreliable, with the software often failing to recognize the device. The RGB (which is what you're paying extra for with this model) would occasionally stop and go black.

    Looks nice in review videos, but mine was dead out of the box - no power to the pump, no lights. The pump block felt like it had no liquid inside, either - I'd expect it to be a bit weighty, but it was light as a feather. And to top it off, the CAM software you'd use to monitor the fans and cooling block, and change their color/RPM settings will be constantly phoning home to provide info on your system. Oh, and it seems to have borked the CPU_FAN pin on my mobo - so the cooler fan I had to put back on is using a standard system fan hookup now. Will be returning for something else soon.
