The computer came when it was expected so the delivery portion was good, and the machine runs well. The only issue I have is the fact that it did not come with either a copy of the operating system, and the motherboard book or its supporting software. Also it did not come with a mouse or keyboard. When I purchased from Newegg all these things missing came with the new computer. One last item is that it was advertized with 6000 mhz memory but when I went into the BIOS it indicated the installed memory was 5600 instead, though not a big difference it was the memory advertized.
