I digitally downloaded. When it came to install it wanted a Serial Number. None was supplied to me. So now on the continuous on line chat with support folks and so far no one could help. Once I get this Serial# I hope the software works. I looked on line and found the Software company and I could have directly ordered it direct and would have no problems. So how do I return this product if it does not work.
