I did not purchase from Best Buy, but got the Novo style direct from the company. Spent $6K for trash. Had to have piece replaced within a couple weeks of ownership because the LED lights would not turn off without unplugging..:which rendered all the good features useless. They wanted to send the part and have me rip into the chair to replace it…thus surely negating any warranty. Finally got them to send someone. Since then, two of 5 chairs will no longer recline, one sits low because there is a board broken at the front support…these have not been abused, we don’t have any record of anything major happening. Just a completely snapped part of wood at the front of the chair you can feel and hear if you raise the footrest. Another is also sitting awkwardly due to the foam of the cushion squishing out to the side instead of being upright. These chairs are 18months old, and have been like this for at least 9 months. I’ve tried contacting the company again…I have never gotten a response. They aren’t even that comfortable when they work…feels like sitting on mechanical chair. Please don’t buy these.

Chairs are awesome. Spent 6 hours in one the other day. Very comfortable. Nice cup holders. Tray tables come in handy. Simple to put together. Only thing that would make them perfect would be some sort of dimmer on the blue lights. With the footrest up, the lights are bright. In a room with a screen and projector, the lights under the chair affect the image on the screen. Other than that, they are great. Probably going to get a single chair in the future to complete the room

Great seats!! I recommend. I ordered a set of 3.( did research online with Octane website prior to purchasing) quick and easy setup. i now wish i had purchased a set of four with the sofa in the middle option and two recliners on the ends. I do recommend the leather seating option. I have owned bonded leather type products for sectionals and sofas and they do not compare to the feel and quality of top leather grain. the cup holders and accessory insert are very nice looking as well as the buttons are very kool with the led lighting. This set from Best Buy came with three table inserts .

We purchased the 3 straight theater chairs to replace a leather sofa in our den. They are a little longer than the sofa, but still fit ok. The seat is very stiff, but hopefully, will break in over time. They were fairly easy to assemble and look very nice. I wish the premium leather was a little softer, it feels more like vinyl. They sit up high, so your feet don't touch the ground while sitting, you have to recline to give you legs a break from dangling. The table trays don't sit straight, but slant towards the back of the tray. The covered slot in the arm rests to store remotes is just a big deep hole on all except for one. I like the way they recline still leaving room to walk behind them. The cup holders are nice, but aren't removable for cleaning if something gets spilled. Over all, we like them, but there is room for improvement on the design.

Bought the Luxe Leather seats in a 3 seat configuration. Shipment mixed up a few pieces, we are waiting for the replacements to arrive. The set up was done by Best Buy Magnolia folks. The seat quality is great and everyone loves the comfort and electric Head & Foot reclining features. USB chargers and neon lighting is a nice touch for dark rooms!

We looked all over for theatre seating and when we went to a store that had a set to try we found this was a great option especially for the price. It also came with options that were included where other stores charged extra.

The seats performed as expected. They were easy to assemble once I looked at the right drawings.

Good quality, easy to use, nice looking at a reasonable price.

Very comfortable! The chair goes up and down very quietly and smoothly! The light is a neat feature. Just wish they connected to each other when assembled for safety especially with kids.

SALESMAN PROMMISS ONE THING AND THE STORE DIDNT DELIVER ON TIME.

Delivery by Magnolia was awful. Set took about 3 months to arrive. They blamed it on the vendor. Either way, that should've been verified & communicated at the time of purchase. The expected delivery date was pushed back several times. This review is being written 2 years later and one of the seats is already BROKEN. It extends but does not retract. Now, service is required. I expected more from this purchase. Also, the listing stated that trays were included...they were not. It took months for them to try to provide trays...the wrong ones were delivered and they eventually gave us the money to purchase them. The quality of the leather is nice. It fits well with our space but the inconveniences don't allow me to give a higher review.

Purchased 2 of these chairs and not even two years both chairs have broken down and warranty is only good for one year. Don’t waste your money
