After a few hours, I am thoroughly enjoying this game. I love the old school JRPG feel, graphics and especially the music. I still have to unlock all 8 of the characters, but for now, this is my go-to game.

If you have any sort of interest in this game go buy this game now. Its a return to form in what made turn based rpgs so great back in the old days of the SNES. Square has out done themselves with this one

Great game! Harkens back to the old days of JRPGs. They've fixed some (but not all) of the frustrations with the old games too. Overall lots to do, interesting story (for the most part), and fun gameplay.

This game is an absolute masterpiece. The game has a good, not great story. However, I cannot overstate how amazing the combat is. There is this amazing satisfaction during a boss battle. These bosses can be intense I mean 30 minutes fight intense (Seriously). If you want a challenge with awesome combat, I suggest you pick this one up!

About 16 hours into the game and it’s been great. Each character unlocked has a different story to tell that captures a wide range of audiences. Beautiful visuals blended with perfectly composed music.

Traditional gameplay crosses paths with a gorgeous new art style to deliver an endearing adventure. Perfect for pick up and play. With 8 paths, there is a character to suit every play style. Loved it.

Square Enix did a great job with this game. Very reminiscent of games like FFIV but with upgraded backgrounds. Art style is great and so is game play! Could not put it down, kept going back to it.

Octopath Traveler has been a blast so far. Great art style, fun gameplay, and being able to do things in your own order is a lot of fun. A great throw back to the 90s with modern elements added in.

The nostalgia from playing this game is what I love most from “Octopath Traveler”. The battle system is never borIng or repetitive and the mix of Unreal Engine 4 and 16 bit graphics are stunning.

Absolutely fantastic JRPG. Beautiful art direction and amazing soundtrack. Battle system is fun an engaging. You will easily get a minimum of 60 hours in this game and possibly over 100 at its max.

This game is a must buy for those who have that classic RPG craving. Reminds me a lot of Chronotrigger. Music is awesome. Would definetly recommend it to anyone lookinh for a challenging RPG.

This game is absolutely beautiful with a great depth of field. The battle system is really great and allows for replay-ability die to the different paths you can take!

This is a really fun game so far. I'm only on chapter 2 so far but learning about all 8 characters is really fun . The game looks amazing as well. It can be a a bit grindy but it's not to bad

This game has a lot of variety in how you play and how you absorb the story. Any JRPG fan or Final Fantasy like type games fan will find this game very enjoyable.

I can’t recommend this game enough. If you’re interested in turn by turn based RPG’s at all then you have to have this game for your collection. Amazing graphics and amazing battle system!

I really enjoy the style of this game. The art is fantastic, the music is great and the combat is fun. Plenty of hours playing each of the eight character stories. My favorite Switch RPG

If you like old school turn based JRPGS then this game is right up your alley. Has the classic feel of final fantasy but with a modern twist, the idea of epbeing able to start with any character and each having their own story is a breath of freshness in the genre. The battle mechanics are “simple turn based” but it has a twist in the way it is actually used. I can’t really explain it. Each character also has their own ability which you can use. Such as the their who give you a chance of stealing from towns people or the scholar who points you to hidden items in the world. Fantastic game that I highly suggest if you are into turn based story driven games.

If you love the original final fantasy games then this is for you. Square has outdone themselves with this game. It actually sold so well upon release it was difficult to find in stock.

Fantastic story telling, exceptional combat, and memorable characters. Three things I look for in a good JRPG. This game hits all three and looks gorgeous doing it. Highly recommend!

Octopath Traveler is so close to old school greats. It feel like final fantasy 3 with impressive graphics 2d and 3d appeal. The stories will keep you interested. Highly suggested.
