If you are going to buy the oculus rift definitely buy 3 sensors. Helps a lot!

This was replacing my original sensor I accidentally broke. They are not cheaply made I want to add. It came with a bonus usb extension package also which I thought was very nice. Worth 10 to 20 extra if I would have bought it myself. I believe 25ft. But very nice product and packaging too. 5 stars.

The oculus trackers IMHO are what make the Rift the superior VR experience. There is a guide from Oculus on deploying more than 2 trackers for a room scale and 360degree tracking. Getting the extra sensor and following the guide delivers on a great 360degree tracking experience for the Rift.

Work as intended, I wish they predrill holes on the base so you can mount it on the wall, this is what I intend to do to all 4 of my sensors.

Having a third sensor is great to cover the back corner of your play area when playing certain games such as Lone Echo where you move and rotate and end up facing away from the front two sensors.

Using a third sensor with the Oculus rift gives you better tracking accuracy, but be sure to look at the specific USB port requirements on their website to confirm your computer can handle it.

Honestly wish they would have just included the third sensor with the rift. It completely submerges you into the game that you play since it gives you depth and allows you to move around.

Bought 3rd sensor for same price as oculus, then they threw in an extra cord! Shipping was faster than expected. Overall great review for a great product and service. Thanks Best Buy!

This sensor works well with the Oculus app, but not so well with Steam VR

It completes and seems kind of nesscesary if you own an Oculus. It expands the options for your play area and in my case 360° didn’t really work without a third sensor.
