It did not work for me. The lumbar support is too low, so it actually sticks into the butt instead. Someone mentioned that it makes you sit almost sliding down, which I found it to be true. I ended up with worse back pain. Returned it. Still looking for a comfortable chair.

Extremely uncomfortable. Tilts forward with no way to adjust position. Waste of money and time putting it together.
