All parts are snug and there is no play in anything however it is still noisy when you use the tilt. I don't know if this is something that breaks in with time but my husband just bought a new chair too (not this chair but another chair around the same price point) and his is not noisy at all. This one was really annoying and doesn't tilt much anyways so I tightened the tension all the way so that it just wouldn't tilt at all. I don't really use the tilt so this wasn't a huge deal for me but might be for someone else. When the tension is tightened all the way and there is no tilt, everything is well put together and there is no noise or issues. When the tension is loosened to use the tilt, other than the noise there is also a slight left to right wobble in the seat which I didn't notice until I went to scoot forward closer to my desk. The arms are connected to the chair with a hard plastic that seems durable enough but I don't like the idea that the plastic arms are what completely supports the entire weight of the back of the chair. The seams in the material of the seat and back are stretched at unboxing showing the stitches and fraying in the stitching in both arms. Time will tell how this holds up under heavy usage. The material its self seems durable and is smooth. The chair is comfortable. I am 5' 5" and 180lbs and at the chairs lowest my feet sit comfortably flat, sitting all the way back. The chair arches with my back and if I do use the tilt and lean back my head rests perfect at the top of the chair. Wheels roll easy on carpet with my heavy behind in it lol Overall not a bad chair. I'm not disappointed with my purchase. First impressions if you're not dependent on the tilt feature the chair is comfortable and I like it. I work full time from home so will be using this chair for extended periods of time daily. I tried to get the best pictures I could with my terrible camera. I will update my review if anything happens. No update means were still holding strong.

I'm a 5'8", 300 lb female. And I fit perfectly in this chair. By "perfectly" I mean, I can sit with my elbows resting on the padded arms while typing this review. The arms do not dig into my sides nor my hips. There is lower and upper back support. The seat cushion is comfortable: it's not too cushiony (where you sink in) but it's not flat either. For someone with tail-bone/lower back issues as I have, this is a good thing. I can get up without feeling stiff or in pain. Remember the back does not have a separate tilt/adjustment. The angle it is set at, to the seat, is all there is - and that works perfectly for me. The only thing I would change would be to give the complete tilt of the chair. I would like to tilt just a few inches more but really when all is said and done, that's nothing. I did not put it together but the person who did said it went together quickly and without much effort at all.

Nice looking chair. The arms were not easy to attach and holes were off. Hoping this wears well bc of the holes being off.

A good chair for comfort. Easy to put together. Rolls up smoothly to my desk. The longer I sit in it the more comfortable it is.

The chair seems to be well made and comfortable. The set up was easy. The only problem with the product upon arrival is the silica gel packets ruptured at some point during shipment and left permanent marks on the chair material. When sitting in the chair it feels as if I could slide out of the chair. It seems as if the chair is not horizontal and to be completely comfortable I need to lean back. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product

I put it together in under an hour, which was nice - followed every instruction (it really isn't difficult) - after it was all said and done, it sat uneven. When you sit in the chair you don't feel the imbalance, so it is very comfortable - however it's an incredible eye-sore, that everyone who's seen it mentions how crooked it is. I was going to take it back to my local BB, however it was an online order and I needed something to help support my tall self.

I bought this chair to replace and old desk model I had for years. I find it very comfortable and easy to assemble. The leather like material is very warm and easy to keep clean. And the price makes it even better. I highly recommend it for use an a home-office enviroment.

Got this sweet chair to replace an older one. It was a deal of the day and good value. Shipping was fast and had it set up within a few days after ordering it. Easy to assemble and very sturdy.

I like this chair. Very comfortable & seems to be durable so far. Doesn't breathe great, but it is leather. Definitely can work in it for long hours though.

This chair us really nice and comfortable for long hours. Has a big back and provides the required support for both lower and upper back.

This chair is pretty comfortable, provides excellent lumbar support but the bolts for the arm rest are at pressure points, When I readjust my posture and use my forearms to lift my body (I only weigh 175lbs) the bolts within the arms dig right in and kind of hurt. This will only produce significant wear at these spots...Overall this chair is alright.

I am truly impressed with this executive leather office chair! It is very comfortable and sturdy and was easy to assemble. Highly recommend. Good price too.

This chair fits my needs in my home office. I am 6’2’’ and this chair fits me nicely. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that the cushions are a little thinner than I expected. Still very comfortable. I am not a gamer and do not spend endless hours in this chair.

This chair looks decent (no defects on ours) even after several months of use and was straightforward to put together--all in all, not a bad chair for the price. However, the armrests are too low and slope downward. Since the height is not adjustable on the armrests, they aren't very comfortable. The padding is adequate.

Assembly was easy! Not too big but sits great. Highly recommend for any office use
