A great chair for the price . list fot $325, I paid $135 on sale

I like this chair since it meets with my expectations.

Only had this chair for 6 months when a screw snapped in half that connects the arm to the base, making it unusable. A $130 chair useless because of one screw. Unbelievable

I never got it together. The parts didn't match up correctly. I called the company to send me the correct pieces and they couldn't/wouldn't so I packed it up and returned it to Best Buy.

Received chair after waiting approximately 3 weeks. Started to put chair together missing a wheel. Hence had to return

It broke. Those screws are not long enough to hold the back of the chair.

Return it. Was not good product . Not good quality

Received chair very quickly from Best Buy with free shipping. I was afraid that I would not be able to put it together as I have a very bad back. However, I put it together in about 1/5 hours alone with a little Allen Wrench which is provided along with extra screws and I am no spring chicken! It is very nice for the price, looks expensive and very comfortable. It is made very well and the leather is cut nicely around the reinforced screw holes. Wish it leaned back more, but I am not sure that I am adjusting it correctly. I am tall and the seat is deep enough for me and the chair provides great lumbar support. I added my extra lumbar support pillow and it was too much! Highly recommend this Chair! Don't buy cheap if you have a bad back!

Really easy to assemble. Seems to but built with good materials. Very comfortable. It is worth the money, so far.. Been a proud owner for about a month.

First of all I'm a 200 + lb, 6' retiree with some limitations and I was able to assemble this chair with some minor difficulty because of surgeries I've had over the yrs that limit some things I can do at times by weight. This product arrived on time to my apt door, it was expertly packaged except for some white powder on the base. I assembled it by myself #with the help of my ratchet screw driver/included allen wrench#. I'm seated very comfortably in it now, my legs, knees, back, head, neck, arms etc and all pressure points are very comfortable. I couldn't ask for anything more at this price or higher prices. I totally disagree with any negative reviews so far after sitting in this chair myself. They appear to be human errors, i.e. adjustments, sliding, #*more than a little overweight# etc. Frankly to me this chair is great for my 72" 200 + lb senior frame with room to spare, especially the seat for my 38" waist. After my recliner, this is my favorite chair #all I'm blessed to receive financially is my monthly soc. sec. payment so I try being as frugal and pennywise as I can when spending money#. I believe this chair is good for most anyone, male or female, old or young! Hope this review of this product helps someone. I've tried to address the #to me# negative prior reviews about this product. Bottom Line? I Love My Chair :-) !

After UPS kept updating the delivery date/time (around 5-6 times) I FINALLY got the chair.... And the box was damaged. Part of one of the "legs" was sticking out, but since the review isn't for shipping I give 4 stars, though that's more of a rounded up 3.5. Assembly wasn't hard but was tedious. A few holes were not matching up when trying to attach the armrests to the seat, which required taking a hammer to the seat to adjust the positioning. Once finally assembled I noticed some of the padding looked kind of warped (almost as if it has been mashed into a box for a while!), but it's not super noticeable so I'll let it slide. It IS a pretty comfortable chair though, at least compared to my previous one. I guess I still recommend it since the quality really isn't too shabby for the price.

I purchased this chair in 2020 and I love it...easy to put together and has lasted all this time... with regular everything use .. Great Chair.

THIS CHAIR IS GOOD LOOKING BUT WAY TOO SMALL FOR A MAN IT WAS MADE FOR A WOMEN AND IT IS DOWN TOO FAR IN FRONT IF MAN SITS IN IT YOU WILL SLIDE OUT IT WAS MADE FOR A SMALL LADY OR TEENAGER. ANYONE LARGE OR HEAVY WILL NEVER FIT IN THIS CHAIR NOT MADE FOR LARGE PEOPLE FRAME WISE AND WEIGHT..SORRY BUT TRUE I AM 66 YEARS OLD AND A LITTLE OVER WEIGHT AND I CANT GET INTO THIS CHAIR..!!!!!
