    Nice chair and gas been great fir my back. Would have given a 4 or 5, but having an issue with the lowering unexpectedly. That said, manufacturer has been responsive and sending a replacement piston.

    Best chair I’ve ever had! I’ve got large hips so the fact that the arms raise up, I can sit comfortably and I love it!

    At first I really enjoyed the chair. However, I noticed a couple months in when I put weight into the back of the chair (normal back support) the back of the chair kept leaning further and further. Now in it's "upright" setting it's basically leaned back at a 45 degree angle when I try to put any support onto my back. I checked below the seat and there are a couple broken bits that allow the back of the chair to extend back further and further. I'm an average-size 30 year old male.

    The chair is pretty comfortable and well built but unfortunately, after about seven months of owning it, it keeps lowering itself so I'll have to spend more money to buy a new chair.
