Excellently crafted! Simple and straight forward directions to assemble! Breathable mesh back and seat helps with body temperature regulation AND it is very comfortable! No extra cushion needed!!! My back and hips are no longer in pain from long computer sessions! Enjoy the option of using the pneumatic up and down lever = smooth adjustments! Bonus: the arms flip up so you can slide the chair closer to the desk for cleaning or whatever! Definitely a 5 Star purchase. Thank you, Office Star Products and Best Buy.

Love this chair. Shipped and arrived in good shape. Easy to put together. Completed in 20 minutes. Comfortable and can use arms or lift each one up to get out of the way. I would definitely purchase again.

The Office Star Products - Mesh Chair - Black is well constructed and very comfortable. The lumbar support is very good but it is not adjustable. There is no height adjustment for the armrest. The seat is comfortable and plenty wide enough for most people. I have used Herman Miller Aeron chairs for years and this is a close quality and comfort chair that I use in my home office.

ordered for pick up from store. There was a gash in the box that was taped up with security tape. Upon bringing it home, opening and assembly, found out that there was a broken plastic handle and the hydraulic component to lift the seat was not working. Reached out to Office Star per instructions but did not receive a response, so returned back to Best Buy. They did not have any in store for exchange. I don't believe they had any office chairs in store at all (according to the return desk). Overall, the mesh and quality seemed pretty solid. I liked how the arms folded up. Too bad.

Came all dinged up! Super mad! Looks used! I don’t feel like boxing it all up and shipping it back so hopefully they give me a partial credit.

Garbage owned it less than a couple months and the mesh is coming undone from the bottom of the chair where you sit.

Very solid chair, especially for the price. It's comfy, reclines, adjustable height, and the mesh fabric is quite nice. I'm a big 260-pound guy and its comfortable for me still. Putting it together was easy as well- really only 4 things to put together and the tools/screws it comes with are good quality. Only had it about a month but seems well-built.

I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my husband, and we LOVE them on day 1. So easy to put together, arrived quickly and very comfortable and supportive. I like the simple black look, as well as the fact that you can adjust up and down and move the arm rests out of the way if you don't need them at that moment. Great chair for the price!

I received my chair yesterday and was a little stressed about putting it together ... but after I took everything out of the box and read the easy to follow directions, I realized it was a breeze! I put it together by myself in under 20 minutes. It is so comfortable! It adjusts well and I know longer will need my lumbar cushion to lean on. I love the fact the arms adjust up and down. I have been working from home for the past (almost) year and my old chair finally gave out. I should have ordered this a long time ago. Hopefully it will last a long time. It appears very well made and sturdy.

Bought this chair for my girlfriend and she is super happy with it. She says it is very comfortable for long periods of time. I am 6 ft and she is 5' 2'' and it is very comfy for the both of us. Would highly recommend, I have a 100 dollar amazon chair and it gets the job done but its not as nice as this chair, if you can spend the extra money the chair is worth it. For the quality I gave it 4 stars because there is a lot of plastic but for the most part major key areas are metal and it seems pretty solid.

This is the most comfortable office chair I have ever bought. Definitely worth the money. In the past I would buy cheaper chairs and thought they were fine, but not anymore. Easy to put together. Only took a couple minutes. Good quality chair.

Easy to assemble, good value, very comfortable chair. I'm spending hours in this chair these days, and it's been a delight. It has excellent lumbar support. It isn't really adjustable, except for moving the arms out of the way, changing the tension on the back, and adjusting the height. Fortunately, all the defaults work fine for me, and I appreciate not having a lot of levers to fiddle with.

I have had this chair for about a month now and I haven't found any complaints about it yet. It's very comfortable to sit on, breathable, easy to lean back in, sturdy, etc. I was looking for a chair that would be comfortable in the summer heat and this chair is perfect for that. This chair also helps my "office area" feel more like an office. So when I'm at home getting my work done, I feel like I can focus more because the environment feels more like a work environment so that's helpful. It's extremely comfortable and helps keep you up right rather than slouching. I'd definitely recommend this chair.

This chair was purchased for a home office in Hawaii. The ventilated mesh seat and back are perfect for this climate. The support is comfortable and solid making it a good value for the price. My only complaint regards the armrests. The rear supports mean that you should not put pressure on the armrests to get in or out of the chair.

Very sturdy and comfortable, made with high-quality materials, and easy to assemble. It has a back tilt/reclining feature with adjustable tension. The only thing is you cant lock it in the reclined position, however you can lock it in the upright position. I work from home and spend 8+ hours a day at my desk so comfort is a must. I got it on sale for a very good price.

Working from home since March 2020, a dining chair became very uncomfortable! Got this & have been so pleased with it. Put it together easily on my own; it's lightweight enough to roll from room to room easily. The arms can be pushed back out of the way and the whole seat and back are all mesh, so great airflow. Absolutely no complaints with this product and would recommend.

My old desk chair needed an upgrade in order to work comfortably from home, so I invested in this one. Assembly was very straightforward. I especially like the fact that the arm rests can be raised or lowered. The back support is excellent -- I really noticed the difference. Add your own back and seat cushions for additional comfort and you'll never want to go back to the office.
