The char is easy to assemble and is very comfortable. This helps in sitting long hours in the Work from Home Environment. The springs on the chair are a bit stiff so I have had a problem with the tilt feature on the chair.

Get exactly what you pay for, a good durable chair. Comfort depends of your preference and this chair does not have any cushion but is comfortable nevertheless. Provides good back support.

Nice looking chair and mostly comfortable but it would be nice if I could figure out how to make the back tilt back a bit more. It arrived. With a broken mechanism but a replacement was sent promptly.

I did not think I was going to be impressed with this chair, but I love It! Makes teleworking easier in this very comfortable chair. And it was very easy to assemble!

Needed to replace old home office chair whose faux leather was falling apart. This mesh chair was similar to my comfortable chair at work. Would have preferred mesh seat, not just mesh back but I've gotten used to this chair's seat (which initially felt rather hard). I use the chair at a mobile laptop desk so adjustable armrests were key features I was looking for. BTW, excellent experience with Best Buy's delivery and home assembly. I'm a petite female who lives on the highest floor of an apt complex with no elevator. Fortunately, Best Buy had the large package delivered to my doorstep and all I had to do was drag it inside and wait for my assembly day. They came by, assembled the chair (and a desk) and took the box away. So, I'm giving the chair 4 stars only because I can't comment on ease of assembly.

This is my main office chair, quality is great and its holding together very well. Very comfortable, typically spend at least 8hrs each workday in it.

Comfort and quality is more than I could have expected. The only con is the lack of tool-less adjustable options

Ergonomic friendly. Adjustable arm rest is great. Good back support. Back tilt adjustment could be a bit better.

This chair was very easy to put together & a decent quality chair. My only complaint is that I think it is a little overpriced for what it is.

Love this chair! Only down sides are that it is really really heavy and it takes a minute to break it in.

I received this chair yesterday, and since sitting in it, my back and whole body has thanked me. I've been stuck working at home (stupid COVID-19) and I did not have a proper chair. Everything about this chair is great, even down to the castors. This chair offers awesome support. I wish it had this chair at my office.

Chair is very comfortable BUT the instructions on how to put together are non existent as well a lot of the screws didn’t fit well where they were supposed to go. I wasn’t able to fit one of the back screws even after taking them all out and redoing it twice in different orders. That was frustrating and disappointing because I do really like the chair.

Great office chair! Has many ways to adjust the seat, height, back, arm rests, and more. It’s been very comfortable, I use it everyday day all day and I do not have any back or joint pain.
