This printer is not the best ive ever seen but it prints both sides great quality for the cost and the free ink is an amazing when you use it alot. the app to be able to print from your cell phone is also amazing!

Printer was easy to assemble, but had difficulty requesting the 2 year HP Instant Ink Subscription. It make you give them your credit card or bank card.

It prints fine. Setup was not as EZ as you would think. It still sometimes disconnesct from my laptop...but maybe its my laptop. I like the ink subscription since I am i school

It is wonderful to have since my wife uses it for her job duties while at home. It's also great in times when you need a quick copy or want to keep records of important things

This is great printer that meets all my needs while I am working remotely from home. Love the scan feature. Easy set up and keeps rack of ink nd orders when low. Fantastic purchase

I love the included in subscription, and it's nice that it prints and scans. With that said, the printer feels a little cheap. No complaints since you get what you pay for.

Looks great and performance is awesome. I like the black color as it matches my office furniture. It also includes 2 years of free ink cartridges fro HP instant ink. Cant go wrong with that.

I have had this printer for the past 3 months and the quality of the copies, print jobs and scan is great. I sometimes run into trouble using the HP Smart when trying to print from my phone and I'm not able to scan from the printer at all. I keep being directed to HP website and after following the instructions on how to get this feature to work, I am still not able to scan from the printer directly. I have to use the App on my phone to scan the document. It's not ideal, but I have figured out a way around the glitch.

I love this printer! Printing from any device has never been easier. Not having to worry about running out of ink is fantastic!

Print quality is good. Can be frustrating to get computer or phone connected to the printer. Love having the ink shipped to the house.

Its a small compact package which produces very clear, crisp material even in the full color mode. Very pleased with the machine.

I bought this printer for general everyday type of printing. It's an all in one. Set up was easy and registering was fast, When I printed a job application it came out with the lines out of alignment. The top question on the page was cut off. I have a pro photo printer so I used that to get the whole application, I did the realignment protocol and it reported the printer alignment was set correctly to the default settings. It was still out of alignment. After trying numerous adjustments in still failed. I contacted HP support and only got the AI support which was a joke. Every suggestion was incorrect. I was not passed though to a live agent. I also noted the alignment test sheet you print and then scan to correct the out of alignment was out of alignment. I not making this up, Other than that the printer is very good, Everything else works fine. The wifi printing works from all rooms in the house. I'll try again to get a live agent. I'm going to keep it because in this price range $250 it works better than other ones I've tried and sent back.

Printer is easy to set-up and works very well. Like that computer provides detailed set-up on its main control screen.
