Quick and quiet printing good size and fit neatly on desk

great printer and very easy to use , once you do the web set up

Very pleased with the quality of the prints and copies.

This HP OfficeJet 5200 series printer was easily set up and has excellent print resolution for both black and white and color. The prints come out the front onto an arm which folds out from the body and the paper tray is limited to about 1/3rd of an inch.

I just purchased this printer got it all set up plus got a bunch of free ink with the program that came with it. Very pleased with this product. I am a devoted HP purchaser for over 20 years . Thank you

The printer works great when I can get it to work, but I keep getting an error message. HP claims the setup is simple, but I have had a difficult time getting it to work. I don't think it's a printer issue, as much as, a software issue.

I don't like the way to do 2 sided print outs. Otherwise its a good computer. I like that I will get free ink for 2 year. The printer does what I want it to do.

during the current crises , this was purchased to keep order in a time when life was nothing but emails...easier to print out and keep work in order...reduce the stress

I don’t need to use it much so no complaints at this point. Set up was not that intuitive but it’s all on the little screen you just have to look beyond what it says to find what you might need to connect.

The need to use the phone app instead of any push-button controls can be a little clumsy until you get used to it. Drop 1 star for no legal size copies; the copying area is only 8.5 x 11 inches. Online free ink is a huge plus, but again is hard to set up and keep active. The printer is online, but I just got a message saying it can't track my cartridge levels. It should "just work".

This printer has worked out very well if used as a USB connected printer. I tried it first as a WiFi connection. But it just wouldn't work correctly so I had to use the USB connection.

Nice all-in-one, but has intermittent scanner issues where it just stops working requiring several tech support calls to get it up and running again.

Bought this printer as our old one stopped working. Happy to say this printer was a great value. Love the ink program that is included. Would definitely recommend this product.

Printer worked great until first shipment of instant ink. Then it would not work the instant Inc. would not register with the system. Therefore I could not print anything. Tried to fix by calling service. They tried to register and re-register five times. On the phone for over an jour. They could not fix it and said the only way to make it work would be to switch from 5G and use 2.4 when I want to print. This was all on HP. BEST BUY was great as usual.

Great printer. The capability of being able to print from your phone away from your printer is a huge plus.

This printer works perfectly and the 2 years of hp instant ink allow me to print what I want without having to pay for additional ink!

Relatively easy set, I am having an issue signing up for the 2-year ink subscription. Calling the tech number for assistance.

Excellent computer. Kind of disappointed in having to purchase a printer cartridge membership to get ink. But printer is great.

I ha e some issues with connectivity/drivers. And not as thrilled with the paper guide as other models. But 4 outta 5 ain’t bad.

This is our second HP printer and it works very well for home printing and does a good job of printing photos on photo paper, too!
