    But don't go by that promotion that they have saying that they give free ink because they don't . They the HP company that's sponsoring the free ink try to make you buy something else

    Can't get the color ink to work. Still working on that. The scanner works good. I needed it needed to work from this is the only option they had left at the price I could afford

    The 2-year ink subscription is misleading. I only received one refill during the whole two years. This was partly due to poor communication with the ink cartridge levels and the printer. The final nail in the coffin for this horrible printer was when I moved out of state, and the printer refused to connect to the web server. Good luck with calling anyone in customer support, I was on the phone for two hours and no one knows how to resolve this issue. Very disappointing purchase. This will be the last time I purchase a HP printer.

    Nice wireless capability. Picture quality ok. Had Epson before. Better pictures, but wasn’t wireless. Bought this one because of the reviews. Obviously those people didn’t know what a really good picture is like.

    I would give it 0 stars if I could!! HP has control of how many pages you can print and if you stop the subscription, you cannot use the cartridges in your printer,even if you know they are full of ink. Total rip-off!!!

    I don’t like because you can printed 20 copies and then you have to get a new cartridge that's why I'm not satisfied with that purchase, I practically threw my money away.
