Bought an open box item. It was advertised as excellent, like new, but when it was delivered and I opened the package, the product was not inside. I did get my refund, but I'm disappointed; I really wanted the item.

Really like how well it attaches and how slim it is on the phone.

    Difficult to use one handed.

Awful. It says that it's the grip that "doesn't suck." Everything that makes it so it "doesn't suck" is exactly why it sucks. It's thin, that's where the good ends. Too difficult to handle one handed which defeats the point. It's too difficult to get your fingers situated after "popping" out the grip with one hand.
